Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 2 stalks of green onion (use white and green parts) finely chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup mayo (more or less, based on preference)
- 1 tsp Pluck seasoning of choice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4-6 buns or rolls, if making sandwiches
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the eggs traditional way or air fry at 250 for 18 minutes
Step 2
Let eggs cool and chop into small pieces
Step 3
In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients well
Can be made a day in advance - just stir again before serving
Step 4
Let chill 30 minutes - 3 hours for flavors to combine
