Ingredients
- 1 medium-large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp Pluck Original seasoning
- 2+ tbsp Simply Ghee's Original Ghee
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets
Step 2
Place cauliflower in a pan with steamer and cook over med-high heat until it is soft and you can easily pierce it with a fork
Step 3
Drain the cauliflower and add back into the pan
Step 4
Add Pluck seasoning, Simply Ghee's Original Ghee, and cheese and smash all together with a fork or a potato masher
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Dust with Pluck and serve
