Ingredients & Allergens - Original
Original Pluck provides 13 essential vitamins (including vitamins A, D, E, K, and the full B-complex) and 10+ essential minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium, copper, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and magnesium. These nutrients occur in their naturally bioavailable forms from organ meats—along with trace minerals from unrefined salt and herbs—rather than from synthetic isolates. Exact amounts vary by serving and are listed on the Supplement Facts panel.

Ingredients - onion, beef liver, kidney, spleen, heart, pancreas, redmond real salt, smoked paprika, lemon peel, garlic, parsley, mustard seed, thyme.
All spices and herbs are certified organic. All beef organs are grass-fed & grass-finished.

Directions
Use Pluck just like salt or any seasoning. We recommend using it as a finishing salt to maximize both flavor and nutrition but you can also mix it into ground meats, stews and sauces as you would other seasonings. Sprinkle it on eggs, vegetables, meat, soups, or anything you eat. Start with about ¼ teaspoon per serving and adjust to taste. Use daily on every meal.

Our entire family - from kids to adults - love Pluck. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect before we tried it - a little hesitant. But I was blown away by how good it was and now it's a staple at the dinner time table. It adds a nice flavor but also doesn't take away from the main flavor. It's a nice complement - but the best part is that it's nutrient dense. Kids age 2 to 14 love it!

I’ve been trying to incorporate more organ meats into my diet because of how nutrient dense it is. As you may know…it’s not easy to eat organ meats all the time. It takes quite a bit of time to prepare to get the strong odor out before cooking it. With this seasoning, I was able to throw it on some baked chicken or whatever protein I’m eating and I get my nutrients without the all the work and boring taste! It tastes so good that I’ll find anything savory to throw it on. Such a brilliant product.
