When you’re craving a quick, flavorful, and nutrient-dense dinner, this ground beef and cabbage stir-fry is the perfect choice. This dish combines grass-fed ground beef with garlic, cabbage, and a sweet-savory sauce made from tamari, honey, red pepper flakes, and ginger. The cabbage steams right in the pan, making it tender while still maintaining a crisp bite, and the sauce ties everything together with rich umami notes. A sprinkle of Pluck organ-based seasoning takes this classic combination to the next level by adding essential vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Serve it hot over fluffy rice for a balanced weeknight dinner, or enjoy it as a low-carb meal on its own. This stir-fry is fast, satisfying, and versatile enough to become a staple in your weekly meal rotation.
