Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 bell pepper- (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp pluck Original seasoning
- Garlic Powder (or any other seasonings you desire)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Wash and chop your bell pepper into small pieces. Add to your bowl, I think a largeliquid measuring cup with a spout is great for this recipe because it makes the egg mixture easyto pour into the muffin pan.
Step 3
Crack all your eggs into the same bowl. Add your milk, cheese if you choose to includeit, pluck and other seasonings. Beat the mixture until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into your greased muffin pan, filling each opening about 3⁄4 of the way.
Step 5
Place your muffin pan into your preheated oven and cook your egg muffins for 20-25minutes or until the muffins have “puffed up” and cooked all the way through.
Step 6
Take your muffins out and allow to cool slightly before serving. They will appear todeflate during this time. This is normal. Once you are able to handle the egg bites, you canserve them.

I made these egg bites and added a turkey bacon to the recipe. I’m going to freeze them and use them for breakfast before work.
I like the spicy mild pluck seasoning!
