Ingredients
For the glaze:
- 1 oz Bourbon (like Jack Daniels)
- 1/4 cup Honey
For the bacon:
- 1 lb Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
- 2 tsp Pluck Southwest Seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Pour Bourbon into a pan and cook on medium-high heat.
Step 2
Mix in 1/4 Cup of Honey and whisk.
Step 3
Cook and reduce until the glaze is a syrup-like consistency.
Step 4
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Place bacon on a tray, brush with glaze sprinkling Pluck over top. Cook in over for 10 minutes.
Flip candied-bacon, coat with glaze and add Pluck on top. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until bacon is cooked to desired texture.
