Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
  • 1 Tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 3-5 lb beef chuck roast or brisket
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Pluck Zesty Garlic

Brisket Directions

Step 1

Rub the seasonings on the roast and smoke in a 230- 250-degree smoker until the internal temperature reaches 205 degrees. Alternatively, you can roast the meat in the oven at 250 degrees on a baking sheet for about 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound of meat. Allow the Brisket to set for 20 minutes after smoking or roasting.

Step 2

Cut the spaghetti squash in half, remove the seeds, rub the inside with butter, and roast it on a cookie sheet, cut side down, in a 400-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

Plate the spaghetti squash with the sliced brisket on top, sprinkle with some zesty garlic pluck to taste.

Step 4

Enjoy!
