Main Course
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
- 1 Tablespoon salted butter
- 1 3-5 lb beef chuck roast or brisket
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Pluck Zesty Garlic
Brisket Directions
Step 1
Rub the seasonings on the roast and smoke in a 230- 250-degree smoker until the internal temperature reaches 205 degrees. Step 3
Plate the spaghetti squash with the sliced brisket on top, sprinkle with some zesty garlic pluck to taste.
Step 4
Enjoy!
