Ingredients
- 1 lb petite carrots
- 2 tsp Pluck Zesty Garlic seasoning + more for garnish
- 1 tbsp ghee or fat of choice, melted
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp minced fresh or dried parsley or chives, as garnish
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2
In a large bowl, add melted ghee and pluck. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated.
Step 3
Place on a parchment covered baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove once slightly brown and garnish with more Pluck and chives
