Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 c. organic onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. dill pickles, chopped
- 3/4 c. potato chip crumbled
- 3 tsp. Pluck seasoning
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until incorporated but be sure to not over mix.
Step 3
Form into a loaf.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes, or desired doneness.
NOTES:
- You can add in your favorite burger toppings. Some great additions would be bacon crumbles, sauteed mushrooms, and using swiss cheese instead of cheddar.
- One helpful tip is to place a pan with water in the oven to prevent the meatloaf from cracking.
- This is another recipe that would offer a great way to include ground calf or chicken liver. Subtract a half pound of ground beef and add a half pound of liver for the substitution.
