Loaded Pluck Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado, Bacon & Ranch

loaded sweet potato fries

If you’re craving a side dish that’s as indulgent as it is nutrient-packed, these loaded sweet potato fries will steal the show. Tossed with avocado oil and Pluck seasoning, the fries roast (or air fry) until crispy on the outside and tender inside. Then comes the fun: pile them high with smoky bacon bits, creamy avocado, fresh cilantro or green onion, and a drizzle of ranch or dairy-free “cheese” sauce. Sweet potatoes bring a dose of beta-carotene, while Pluck organ-based seasoning adds a hidden layer of minerals and micronutrients for a truly functional comfort food. Whether served as a party appetizer, a side for burgers, or a late-night craving fix, this recipe guarantees flavor in every bite.
