Burgers are a staple on any menu, but this grass-fed ancestral burger with Pluck sauce redefines what a truly nutrient-packed burger can be. By blending grass-fed, grass-finished beef with butter and organ-based Pluck seasoning, you get a patty that’s rich in vitamins, minerals, and deep umami flavor. The real showstopper, though, is the homemade Pluck sauce—a creamy, savory topping that elevates this burger into something both primal and gourmet. Seared in a cast-iron skillet or grilled over open flame, these burgers deliver that perfect crust while locking in juices. Add your favorite toppings, wrap it in crisp lettuce or nestle it in a toasted bun, and enjoy a meal that satisfies cravings while supporting optimal health. This is the kind of burger that makes you feel just as good as it tastes.

NOTES:
-
This burger can be made on a grill, but if you’re looking for that unique burger crust, you will want to cook in a heavy bottom sauté pan.
-
To ensure even cooking, poke a hole in the center of the patties when forming.
- It is very important to find grass-fed, grass-finished butter. If you cannot find this, then opt for grass-fed, grass-finished ghee.
