Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of pork liver patê
  • 1/2 cup of pork panko
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Pluck Seasoning, of choice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In a food processor add all the ingredients and pulse until everything is fully incorporated.

Step 3

Using a cookie scooper creates 12 nuggets and place them in a baking tray.

Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes

Step 5

Let them cool. Then serve and enjoy.
