Ingredients
- 1 lb Bratwurst
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 apples
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp melted ghee
- 1-2 tsp of Pluck Original Seasoning
- 1-2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning
- Topping of choice (i.e. honey or dijon mustard), optional
Directions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400º F
Step 2
Chop veggies, making sure to chop denser veggies small enough so they cook at the same pace as everything else
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil/ghee mixture or any healthy fat
Step 4
Toss with Pluck, cumin, and pumpkin spice seasoning
Step 5
Roast at 400F for about 30 mins or until sweet potatoes are done
