Anti-Inflammatory Chocolate Truffles – Healthy, No-Bake, and Delicious

Are you a HUGE fan of dark chocolate—like, huge? Indulge in these decadent, chocolate and cinnamon refrigerator truffles that happen to be refined sugar–free (it’s amazing what a couple of dates can do!). Enjoy one of my favorite anti-inflammatory treats - Chocolate truffles!

Ingredients

  • 2 Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened creamy almond butter
  • 2/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Pluck Pure Organs
  • 1 tbsp Collage Powder (Plain)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, blend the dates and almond butter into
a paste.

Step 2

Add the hemp seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, salt, Pluck Pure, collagen, and vanilla, and blend until you have a cohesive dough.

Step 3

Roll the dough into 12 balls. If you like, roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
