Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings or drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Pluck Original seasoning
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Step 1
Pre-heat air fryer to 380F or oven to 250F
Step 2
Remove chicken wings from packaging and pat dry
Step 3
Place in large metal bowl, season with Pluck and toss (I recommend doing a little at a time and tossing in between for even coverage)
Step 4
Sprinkle with baking powder and toss using the same method as above
For Air-Fryer:
Step 1
Lay out in basket in an even layer
Step 2
Cook at 380F for 25 minutes, tossing halfway
Step 3
Remove and enjoy with your favorite wing sauce or dip
For Oven:
Step 1
Lay out on baking tray in an even layer (I recommend adding a layer of parchment in between - not tinfoil, which the chicken will stick to)
Step 2
Bake at 250 degrees F for 30 minutes
Step 3
Increase temperature to 450F and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes
Step 4
Remove and enjoy with your favorite wing sauce or dip
