Fried Eggs and Sausage Breakfast

This fried eggs and sausage breakfast is everything you want in the morning—fast, flavorful, and filling. The rich, savory sausage pairs perfectly with runny yolks, and the Pluck seasoning adds a nutrient boost that makes every bite pop. Ingredients

  • 2-3 Eggs
  • 2 oz ground grass fed sausage/ beef/ bison
  • 1 tsp Any Pluck Seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Sauté sausage with 1 tsp pluck per 2 Oz beef

(I recommend making a larger batch so you have it for breakfast all week)


Step 2

Leave 2 oz sausage in the pan and add 2 eggs. Cover and cook to your liking.


Step 3

Sprinkle with more pluck and enjoy! You could definitely serve this with a piece of toast to dip into your yolk if you've made the egg over easy.
