Ingredients

  • 18-20 oz can San Marzano tomatoes
  • 2-1/2 tbsp Pluck seasoning, of choice
  • 4 medium-large organic garlic cloves
  • 1/8 cup organic flat leaf Italian parsley (loosely packed)
  • 1/8 cup organic fresh basil (loosely packed)
  • 1/8 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp good Italian olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, or in a bowl if using an immersion blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth. That’s it, I told you it was simple!

NOTES:

  • This recipe makes pizza night simple, easy and healthy! Leftover pizza sauce can even be used for a simple pomodoro sauce with pasta.

  • Pizza pictured is a gluten free cauliflower crust with fresh mozzarella, fontina cheese, soppressata, spicy capicola and arugula microgreens.

  • I like cracking a little black pepper on top of the pizza as well as a nice dusting of Pluck seasoning!
