Pasta + Crispy Umami Breadcrumbs

For this recipe, I recommend using protein leftovers. We make big cooks in my house which means there's plenty of delicious food leftovers. In this recipe, I used leftover grilled steak on the side.


Step 1

  1. Make pasta as directed on package.

Step 2

While water is boiling, lightly saute minced garlic in 1 Tbsp butter for a couple minutes. Set aside to coage pasta later.

Step 3

In the same skillet, heat 1 Tbsp butter adding breadcrumbs and minced broccoli. Stir until slightly browned.

Step 4

Mix in desired amount of Pluck seasoning (about 1 Tbsp)

Step 5

Coat pasta with reserved sauteed garlic butter mix and top with crispy umami breadcrumbs.


Pasta (your choice)

2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup breadcrumbs

Broccoli florets, minced (optional)

Pluck seasoning, to taste
