Cranberry Salsa

We recommend using either Pluck Zesty GarlicAll-Purpose or Spicy for this recipe.

Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except the vinegar in a food processor and blend well. Scrape the sides, add the vinegar and pulse until blended.

Step 2

Serve with more Pluck sprinkled on top as a garnish.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh cranberries

3/4 cups cilantro, thick stems removed

1 ripe red pear, core removed

2 teaspoons Monk Fruit sweetener or other sweetener

1/2 orange or yellow bell pepper, seeds removed

1 shallot, peeled and rough chopped

1 garlic clove, peeled

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon Pluck seasoning + more as garnish
