- 3-4 lb beef baby back ribs
FOR THE GLAZE
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp raw honey
FOR THE RUB
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Zesty Garlic Pluck
- 1 tsp Pure Organs Pluck
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Step 1
Preheat smoker to 180˚F
Step 2
Whisk together your mustard and honey in a small bowl.
Step 3
Brush both sides and edges of your ribs with the honey mustard glaze.
Step 4
Sprinkle the sea salt and spices on all sides of your ribs, gently pat for even distribution.
Step 5
Place the ribs on the smoker and leave for 3 hours.
Step 6
Remove the ribs and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Slice vertically along the bone to serve. Enjoy!
