Ingredients
- 1 lb pasture-raised pork
- 3 tbsp Pluck Habanero Lime seasoning
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1.5 tbsp ancho powder
- 1.5 tbsp guajillo powder
- 1 tbsp organic granulated garlic
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt
Directions
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly until well-incorporated.
Step 3
Let it rest in the refrigerator for no less than 2 hours.
Step 4
Once ready, this Pluckrizo is best cooked over medium-high heat in a heavy bottom sauté pan for about 10-15 minutes.

NOTES:
Best cuts: pork shoulder, belly, or a blend for ideal fat content.
