Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasture-raised pork
  • 3 tbsp Pluck Habanero Lime seasoning
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1.5 tbsp ancho powder
  • 1.5 tbsp guajillo powder
  • 1 tbsp organic granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Mix thoroughly until well-incorporated.

Step 3

Let it rest in the refrigerator for no less than 2 hours.

Step 4

Once ready, this Pluckrizo is best cooked over medium-high heat in a heavy bottom sauté pan for about 10-15 minutes.
