Smoked Baby Back Beef Ribs

Pluck Zesty Garlic  and Pure are used in this recipe.

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-heat smoker to 180˚F 

Step 2

Whisk together your mustard and honey in a small bowl.

Step 3

Brush both sides and edges of your ribs with the honey mustard glaze.

Step 4

Sprinkle the sea salt and spices on all sides of your ribs, gently pat for even distribution.

Step 5

Place the ribs on the smoker and leave for 3 hours.

Step 6

Remove the ribs and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Slice vertically along the bone to serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3-4 pounds beef baby back ribs

GLAZE

1/3 cup dijon mustard

2 tablespoons raw honey

RUB

1 tablespoon sea salt

1 teaspoon Zesty Garlic Pluck

1 teaspoon Pure Pluck

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
