Honey Bourbon Candied Bacon

This recipe uses Pluck Spicy.


Step 1

Pour in an OZ of Bourbon into a pan and cook on medium-high heat.

Step 2

Mix in 1/4 Cup of Honey and whisk.

Step 3

Cook and reduce until the glaze is a syrup-like consistency.

Step 4

Cook your Bacon in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Coat your bacon in your Honey Bourbon Glaze. Make sure to flip the bacon and recoat halfway. Each time you coat your bacon with your glaze, top it with Pluck Spicy Seasoning. For extra flavor, add a final coat of seasoning as your bacon cools.


For the Glaze

1 ounce Bourbon (Preferrably: Jack Daniels)

1/4 cup Honey

For the Bacon

1 pound Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon

2 teaspoons Pluck Spicy Seasoning
