Ground Beef & Cabbage Bowl

Instructions

Step 1

Brown ground beef with garlic and Pluck seasoning

Step 2

Add cabbage and put the lid over it to allow it to steam, to desired texture

Step 3

Once desired texture is reached, stir in sauce and turn off heat

Step 4

Serve hot over cooked rice

Step 5

Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef (can also use ground pork or venison)

3 cloves Minced Garlic

11.2-2 cups Shredded cabbage (18 oz shredded cabbage)

1 tablespoon Pluck Organ based seasoning

1/4 cups Honey

1/4 cups Tamari Sauce

1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

1 tablespoon Minced Garlic (can use powdered, to your taste)

1/4 teaspoons Minced or ground ginger (can use powdered, to your taste)
