Pluck tastes delicious on organ meats too. Adding cheese and panko turn a liver pate into a sort of "meatball" nugget. Adding the chipotle sauce brings both heat and flavor. Try putting these out next time you have a party!

  • 1/2 cup of pork liver patĂȘ
  • 1/2 cup of pork panko
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Pluck Seasoning
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Step 2

    In a food processor add all the ingredients and pulse until everything is fully incorporated.

  3. Step 3

    Using a cookie scooper creates 12 nuggets and place them in a baking tray.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Step 5

    Let them cool down.

  6. Step 6

    Serve and enjoy!
