Description

Start your day with elevated and much more nutritious fried eggs and sausage with Pluck seasoning!

Ingredients
  • 2-3 Eggs
  • 2 ounces ground grass fed sausage/ beef/ bison
  • 1 teaspoon Any Pluck Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Step 1

     Sauté sausage with 1 tsp pluck per 2 Oz beef

    I recommend making a larger batch so you have it for breakfast all week.
  2. Step 2

    Leave 2 Oz sausage in the pan and add 2 eggs. Cover and cook to your liking.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle with more pluck and enjoy! You could definitely serve this with a piece of toast to dip into your yolk.
