Ingredients
4 pounds Ground turkey, lean
6 Chicken tenders, diced and cooked
2 Thick cut pork chops, diced and cooked
4 Sausages (asian flavor), sliced
6 Large white eggs
1 pound Bacon, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Pluck Zesty Garlic seasoning
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Brown your ground turkey and break it up using a wooden spoon or mix and chop into tiny pieces as this will be your rice. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 2
Add your ghee to a hot wok and scramble your eggs and remove once set.
Step 3
Add in your sausage and bacon to cook down, letting those oils release, once cooked remove.
Step 4
Add in your diced chicken and pork chops , and warm through and then remove.
Step 5
Add in a few spoonfuls of your rice and warm through and then add in the rest.
Step 6
Drizzle on the fish sauce (because it's carnivore-friendly) and then season with Zesty Garlic Pluck, to taste.
