This burger can be made on a grill, but if you’re looking for that unique burger crust, you will want to cook in a heavy bottom sauté pan. To ensure even cooking, poke a hole in the center of the patties when forming. It is very important to find grass-fed, grass-finished butter. If you cannot find this, then opt for grass-fed, grass-finished ghee.
