A great alternative to potatoes, smashed cauliflower with ghee and pluck is a winning combo.
Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets
Place cauliflower in a pan with steamer and cook over med-high heat until it is soft and you can easily pierce it with a fork
Drain the cauliflower and add back into the pan
Add Pluck seasoning, Simply Ghee's Original Ghee, and cheese and smash all together with a fork or a potato masher
Add salt and pepper to taste
Dust with Pluck and serve
