Roasted Pluck Carrots

Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of carrots. Adding Pluck brings the deliciousness.

  • 1 pound petite carrots
  • 2 teaspoons Pluck seasoning + more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon ghee or fat of choice, melted
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh or dried parsley or chives, as garnish

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

    In a large bowl, add melted ghee and pluck. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Remove once slightly brown and garnish with more Pluck and chives
