Roasted Pluck Carrots

We recommend using either Pluck Zesty GarlicAll-Purpose or Spicy for this recipe.


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2

In a large bowl, add melted ghee and pluck. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Remove once slightly brown and garnish with more Pluck and chives


1 pound petite carrots

2 teaspoons Pluck seasoning + more for garnish

1 tablespoon ghee or fat of choice, melted

1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon minced fresh or dried parsley or chives, as garnish
