Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a large bowl, add melted ghee and pluck. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Remove once slightly brown and garnish with more Pluck and chives
1 lb petite carrots
2 tsp Pluck seasoning + more for garnish
1 tbsp ghee or fat of choice, melted
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp minced fresh or dried parsley or chives, as garnish
