We recommend using either Pluck Zesty Garlic, All-Purpose or Spicy for this recipe.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Add melted lard to a medium bowl. Toss with brussel sprouts and pork belly. Add 2 tablespoons of Pluck and toss well.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Check brussels after 15 minutes and toss to keep from burning.
Place in a serving tray or bowl, garnish with another teaspoon of Pluck and serve!
1 lb brussel sprouts
6 oz pork belly or bacon, chopped into small bites
2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Pluck seasoning
1 tsp lard (or bacon grease), melted
