Egg salad is a perfect, easy meal for a spring picnic. Just add bread and it makes a sandwich. I love how tasty Pluck makes eggs taste. Springle as much as you like!

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks of green onion (use white and green parts) finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cups mayo (more or less, based on preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Pluck seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4-6 buns or rolls, if making sandwiches
  1. Step 1

    Prepare the eggs traditional way or air fry at 250 for 18 minutes

  2. Step 2

    Let eggs cool and chop into small pieces

  3. Step 3

    In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients well

    Can be made a day in advance - just stir again before serving
  4. Step 4

    Let chill 30 minutes - 3 hours for flavors to combine
