Step 1

Prepare the eggs traditional way or air fry at 250 for 18 minutes

Step 2

Let eggs cool and chop into small pieces

Step 3

In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients well

Can be made a day in advance - just stir again before serving

Step 4

Let chill 30 minutes - 3 hours for flavors to combine


12 hard boiled eggs

2 stalks of green onion (use white and green parts) finely chopped

2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped

3/4 cups mayo (more or less, based on preference)

1 teaspoon Pluck seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

4-6 buns or rolls, if making sandwiches
