Description

I love sweet potato fries especially using the white sweet potatoes because they aren't as sweet as the orange ones and they seem to not get as mushy. Ever since finding Pluck seasoning, I try to find any opportunity to throw it into my meals. Turns out it's dang good on sweet potato fries!

Ingredients
  • 2 large white sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons Pluck seasoning
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Step 2

Peel the potatoes, and slice into fry shape. Place the fries on the baking sheet. Drizzle the avocado oil and seasoning over the fries, with your hands be sure everything is mixed evenly, and fries are spread out.

  3. Step 3

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, take them out and turn them, place them back in the oven for another 15-30 mins, they should be mostly crispy by this point, a perfect fry texture.

Make them loaded! Bacon Bits, Avocado, Cilantro, green onion, Super Belly Ferments Ranch Dressing. Assemble! Layer 1: Pluck Sweet Potato Fries; Layer 2: Bacon bits; Layer 3: Avocado; Layer 4: Cilantro or green onion; Layer 5: Ranch dressing or "Cheese" sauce, or both!
  4. Step 4

Alternatively, cook in your air fryer, this takes much less time! Depending on the size of your air fryer you may want to half the recipe so the fries cook evenly.

Amelia's "Cheese" Sauce: 1/2 cup coconut milk & 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. For the cheese sauce:In a pot on your stove top, on medium heat whisk the coconut milk and nutritional yeast until it thickens (about 4-5 mins).
