Ingredients
  • 1.5 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 1/2 cup organic onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 3/4 cups potato chip crumbled
  • 3 teaspoons Pluck seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until incorporated but be sure to not over mix.

This recipe offers a great way to include ground calf or chicken liver. Subtract a half pound of ground beef and add a half pound of liver for the substitution.
  3. Step 3

    Form into a loaf.

You can add in your favorite burger toppings. Some great additions would be bacon crumbles, sautéed mushrooms, and using swiss cheese instead of cheddar.
  4. Step 4

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes, or desired doneness.

One helpful tip is to place a pan with water in the oven to prevent the meatloaf from cracking.
