Pasta doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious. Seasoned breadcrumbs make a great topping. For this recipe, I recommend using protein leftovers. In this recipe, I used leftover grilled steak on the side.
Make pasta as directed on package.
While water is boiling, lightly saute minced garlic in 1 Tbsp butter for a couple minutes. Set aside to coage pasta later.
In the same skillet, heat 1 Tbsp butter adding breadcrumbs and minced broccoli. Stir until slightly browned.
Mix in desired amount of Pluck seasoning (about 1 Tbsp)
Coat pasta with reserved sauteed garlic butter mix and top with crispy umami breadcrumbs.
