Ground Beef & Cabbage Bowl

We love simply meals. It doesn't get more simple than protein over rice. Nourishing and great tasting particularly when adding Pluck seasoning.

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (can also use ground pork or venison)
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 11.2-2 cups Shredded cabbage (18 oz shredded cabbage)
  • 1 tablespoon Pluck seasoning
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Tamari Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic (can use powdered, to your taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Minced or ground ginger (can use powdered, to your taste)
  1. Step 1

    Brown ground beef with garlic and Pluck seasoning

  2. Step 2

    Add cabbage and put the lid over it to allow it to steam, to desired texture

  3. Step 3

    Once desired texture is reached, stir in sauce and turn off heat

  4. Step 4

    Serve hot over cooked rice
