Cranberry Salsa

Cranberry salsa is a great alternative from the canned holiday version. Chunkier with savory goodness. Pairs well with pork and poultry any day, not just holidays.

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cups cilantro, thick stems removed
  • 1 ripe red pear, core removed
  • 2 teaspoons Monk Fruit sweetener or other sweetener
  • 1/2 orange or yellow bell pepper, seeds removed
  • 1 shallot, peeled and rough chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Pluck seasoning + more as garnish
  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients, except the vinegar in a food processor and blend well. Scrape the sides, add the vinegar and pulse until blended.

  2. Step 2

    Serve with more Pluck sprinkled on top as a garnish.
