Bratwurst Sheetpan Dinner

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400ยบ F

Step 2

Chop veggies, making sure to chop denser veggies small enough so they cook at the same pace as everything else

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil/ghee mixture or any healthy fat

Step 4

Toss with Pluck, cumin, and pumpkin spice seasoning

Step 5

Roast at 400F for about 30 mins or until sweet potatoes are done

Step 6

Enjoy with a little honey or Dijon mustard!

Ingredients

1 pound Bratwurst

2 sweet potatoes

1 sweet onion

1 head of cabbage

2 apples

1 can of chickpeas

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon melted ghee

1-2 teaspoons of Pluck All-purpose Seasoning

1-2 teaspoons of cumin

1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice seasoning

Topping of choice (i.e. honey or dijon mustard), optional
