Smoothies and nut milks are an easy way to facilitate the digestion and absorption of nutrients that otherwise might be hard to break down, especially for those with severe gut dysfunction. With smoothies, you can pack in a ton of nutrients that might be missed when eating other grab-and-go meals. I love starting my day with a smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup macadamia milk or hemp milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pluck Pure
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves or 1⁄2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks, plus extra slices for garnish
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (≤10)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
