I know this goes against common sense in how you’ve cooked a steak before, but leaving the steak uncovered for a couple days in the fridge prior to cooking will give you that steakhouse flavor and char.

Don’t be afraid to coat the meat in seasoning. Remember this is a big chunk of steak.

Who doesn't love crispy chicken wings? Getting the balance of crispiness and spiciness is the key with any fried product. Make sure to fry in small batches for proper crispiness. Choose your favorite sauce and go light otherwise, you'll lose the crispness.

The beauty of a homemade guac is the freedom to modify its flavor profile to your liking, adding more lime for a bit of tang, more tomato for a juicy crunch, or more jalapeño for greater heat. Here, the addition of Pluck organ-based seasoning elevates a traditional guacamole by boosting the guacamole with both flavor and function, enriching it with micronutrients such as B-vitamins, copper, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc.

This crisp, colorful jicama salad is loaded with flavor. The ingredients pack in a punch of polyphenols and beneficial compounds, such as quercetin from red onion and apple, carotenoids from raw carrot, and anthocyanins from purple cabbage (one of the richest food sources of anthocyanins!). A pinch of Pluck upgrades this salad dressing with further nutrient-density, while jicama provides a source of prebiotic fiber to support a healthy gut microbiome. This slaw is best enjoyed as a side salad at an outdoor BBQ or as a garnish for tacos, hotdogs, burgers, or more.
