1 lb chicken, cooked + shredded
2 packets ramen noodles, seasonings discarded
1/2 yellow onion diced
1x 8oz package sliced mushrooms
1 large handful spinach
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
2 Tablespoon sesame oil (untoasted)
4 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Pluck seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Make the noodles as directed on the bag.
Sauté the veggies with sesame oil + salt in a skillet.
Cook onions and garlic until translucent and then add mushrooms. Add spinach at the end to wilt.
Heat the bone broth in separate pot or pan and poach eggs in broth while veggies are cooking.
Once everything has cooked, add seasoning and sauce to bone broth and assemble bowl with any toppings you’d like— sesame seeds, cilantro, green onion, and more Pluck seasoning.
