Recipe by Sia Barry, aka Cici BlueEyes Sia has been cooking since she was 3 years old. Her exceptional taste buds helped Chef James as he was developing Pluck. Sia loves puting Pluck on vegetables since it makes them taste better.
Place broccoli in a steamer basket and water filled pot. Allow water to boil and steam the broccoli for about 8 minutes. You want the broccoli to be bright green but still crisp.
Pull broccoli from basket and strain of any water or moisture.
Add butter to warm broccoli and watch it melt. Add the Pluck and then toss well. Your broccoli should be well coated in butter and Pluck.
Add more Pluck if desired and serve!
Recipe Note
Note: the flavor of broccoli changes depending on how old it is and how it is cooked. Overcooked broccoli has a strong, sometimes bitter taste. Broccoli that is still crisp has a fresh flavor.
