Ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Beef (can also use ground pork or venison); 3 cloves Minced Garlic; 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Shredded cabbage (18 oz shredded cabbage); 1 Tablespoon Pluck Organ based seasoning; 1/4 cup Honey; 1/4 cup Tamari Sauce; 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes; 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic (can use powdered, to your taste); 1/4 tsp Minced or ground ginger (can use powdered, to your taste)

Ingredients

Ground Beef & Cabbage

1 Pound Ground Beef (can also use ground pork or venison)
3 cloves Minced Garlic
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Shredded cabbage (18 oz shredded cabbage)
1 Tablespoon Pluck Organ based seasoning

Sauce

1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Tamari Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic (can use powdered, to your taste)
1/4 tsp Minced or ground ginger (can use powdered, to your taste)

Directions

Brown ground beef with garlic and Pluck seasoning
Add cabbage and put the lid over it to allow it to steam, to desired texture
Once desired texture is reached, stir in sauce and turn off heat
Serve hot over cooked rice
Enjoy!
