2 cups fresh cranberries
¾ cup cilantro, thick stems removed
1 ripe red pear, core removed
2 teaspoon Monk Fruit sweetener or other sweetener
½ orange or yellow bell pepper, seeds removed
1 shallot, peeled and rough chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled
¼ cup white vinegar
1 Tablespoon Pluck + more as garnish
Place all ingredients, except the vinegar in a food processor and blend well. Scrape the sides, add the vinegar and pulse until blended.
Serve with more Pluck sprinkled on top as a garnish.
